LOKI) AND LADY GALWAY AT DUNEDIN [ Per Preus Association. I DUNEDIN, Nov. 26. The Governor-General and Lady Galway spent the busiest day of their Dunedin visit to-day. In the morning they visited the Otago Early Settlers’ Association’s museum and later visited the Otago University, where Professor Strong was invested with the Order of the British Empire. His Excellency then attended the Rotary Club luncheon and afterwards he and Lady Galway spent an hour at the Forbury Park Trotting Club's meeting, the Gover-nor-General presenting the James Buchanan Memorial Trophy to the winning owner, Mr D. Windle. Accompanied by Lady Galway he later performed the ceremony of laying the foundation stone of the Queen Mary Maternity Hospital and afterwards Their Excellencies visited the Littlebourne House. The Governor-General then spent an hour round the Botanical Gardens while Lady Galway, accompanied by Lady Ferguson, inspected private gardens. This evening Their Excellencies attended the Masonic Ball. Lord Galway will leave for Invercargill to-morrow morning. Galway will travel north by car, staying with friends until she rejoins the Governor-General at Blenheim.
