JUDGMENT RESERVED f Per Frees Association. 1 NEW PLYMOUTH, Aug. 25. , A conference with Ministers of the ;own and members ot Parliament, a reel light, trouble on ships, and eetings ot workers and employers rre the subjects included in a long scussion of New Plymouth waterle affairs before Mr Justice Ostler the Supreme Court yesterday durg the hearing of three actions for images against the Waterside Works’ Industrial Union for the alleged rongful suspension and later expuljn of James McKay, John Evans and romas Gordon Graham, each of hom asked for an Injunction and claration from the union that they ere still members, and each claimed 50 damages for wrongful expulsion, hen the hearing was resumed this orning neither counsel addressed the >urt and Mr Justice Ostler reserved s judgment.
