MR. SAVAGE’S VIEW [Per I’rces Association. ] WELLINGTON, July 23. The creation of an Air Ministry is still before the Government, and that it will be brought about ultimately was indicated by the Rt. Hon. M. J. Savage to-day. He said that it seemed that they would have to institute an Air Ministry and go in for the development of aviation and the training of pilots and everything aviation means.
