TABLE TENNIS MATCH RANGIOTU SCORE NARROW .VICTORY In the Te Kawau Table Tennis Union’s A grade competition feandon played a match against the Rangiotu Club at Sandon on Thursday night, Rangiotu emerging winners by the small margin of two games, the result being in dc-ught right up to the last game. The visitors were entertained to supper, Air. J. Jarvin, on behalf of tne Rangiotu Club, thanking the members of the fcjandon Club for the most enjoyable supper provided. Air. A. Alatthews suitably replied. Results of matches are as follow: A. Matthews won from F. Wheeler, E. Searancke, D. Donaldson, W. Saywell, J. Jarvin, and lost to E. Donaldson. H. Alatthews won from F. Wheeler, E. Donaldson, W. Saywell, J. Jarvin and lost to E. Bearancke and D. Donaldson; L. Matthews won from W. Bay well, J. Jarvin and lost to F. Wheeler, E. Donaldson, E. Searancke and D. Donaldson; Miss Al. Butler won from E. Searancke, AV. Say well, J. Jarvin and lost to F. Wheeler, E. Donaldson and D. Donaldson. G. Williams won from F. Wheeler, W. Saywell, J. Jarvin and lost to E. This should prove an interesting match as if the local chib win they will be equal with Glen Oroua and Rangiotu Clubs. A play-off will then be necessary.
