BLUE RIBAND
ATLANTIC TROPHY FOR NEW FRENCH LINER . [ British Official Wireless. ] Received Aug. 22, 5.15 p.m. RUGBY, Aug. 21. The Blue Riband of the Atlantic was won last year by the Italian liner Rex, and is now held by the French liner Normandie, and the trophy provided by the international committee for this success was presented on behalf of the committee to the captain of the Rex at Genoa in November. The trophy will now pass to the captain of the Normandie.
