COMMUNIST GOAL FIERY SPEECH AT CONGRESS DIMITROFF LN NEW ROLE (By Telegraph—Press Acsociation —Copyright) Received Aug. 22, 11.15 p.m. MOSCOW, Aug. 22. The Communist International’s Con gress dissolved in the early hours of the morning after adopting a proposal for a Qallot iu Britain on the question of the Soviet and its peace policy, on the same linos as the League of Nations Union’s ballot. The final speech was made by M. Dimitroff, who was acquitted at the Reichstag fire trial, and is now a load ing Soviet politician. He launched a new official slogan: “We Communists must not disdain the tactics of the wooden horse of Troy.” M. Dimitroff has been the main mouthpiece of this new form of Communist propaganda abroad. Delegates from 6.5 nations rousingly cheered M. Dimitroff’a call to prepare for a victorious world proletarian revolution.
