GOOD FRIENDLY SPIRIT IDEAL FOR THE EMPIRE Received ’Aug. 22, 5.5 p.m. TORONTO, Aug. 20. In an interview, Mr R. L. Butler, Premier of South Australia, said that If each section of the British Commonwealth traded with the others in a good friendly spirit they would all benefit to a greater degree than when long and complicated trade agreements were drawn up.
