MACHINES FOR THE BLIND. LORD NUFFIELD’S GIFT. [ British Official Wireless. J RUGBY, Aug. 21. A gift of £5OOO by Lord Nuffield has enabled the National Institute for the Blind and St. Dunstans to begin the compilation of a library of “talking books,” which will be recorded for mechanical reproduction.
