LONDON TIMES' COMMENT Received Feb. 6, 1.20 a.m. LONDON, Feb. 5. The, Times, iu au editorial on Dominion farmers and their debts, says that, the problem wherewith the New Zealand Government is endeavouring to grapple is not peculiar to that Dominion. Legislation much of the, same kind as that, being prepared in New Zealand was introduced in the Cana dian Parliament last week, while the Australian Government has promised to use, national credit, to help their farmers.
