PRINCE OF NETHERLANDS LONDON, July 3. Obituary.—Prince Henry of the Netherlands. The Prince Consort died at The Hague to-day, aged 57. His daughter, Princess Juliana, who has been paying a visit to England as the guest of Princess Alice and the Earl of Athlone at Kensington Palace, is returning home by to-night’s boat. MB. W. J. DUGGAN Received Julv 4, 11.5 p.m. MELBOURNE, July 4. The death is announced of Mr. W. J. Duggan, secretary of the Melbourne Trades Hall Council, also president of the, Australasian Council of Trades Unions. He commanded the respect of employers and unionists alike.
