PRINCE OF NETHERLANDS LONDON, July 3. Obituary.—Prince Henry of the Netherlands. The Prince Consort died at The Hague to-day, aged 57. His daughter, Princess Juliana, who has been paying a visit to England as the guest of Princess Alice and the Earl of Athlone at Kensington Palace, is returning home by to-night’s boat. MB. W. J. Duggan, secretary of the Melbourne Trades Hall Council, also president of the, Australasian Council of Trades Unions. He commanded the respect of employers and unionists alike.
