The Prince of Wales celebrates his 40th birthday to-day. and in accordance with his usual custom took luncheon with the King and Queen at Windsor Castle. A Man of the World. Pictures of the Prince of Wales ' show him still slim and retaining his ( unquenchable vitality. His fair hair is untinged with grey, and hig speeches reveal his wisdom, humour, natural authority, and deep understanding of life. He still demands the right to go his own way in his own hours.
