LADY SIM’S DEATH

WIDOW OF FORMER JUDGE. BROWNING BIOGRAPHER. ( Per Pre®’ Association. I DUNEDIN, Dec. 4. The death occurred to-day of Lady Sim, widow of Sir William Sim, former Judge of the Supreme Court. She was born at Stawell. Victoria, in 1858. and was the daughter of Mr. Joseph Walters. After her marriage in 1886 sh> came to Dunedin and had resided here ever since. Lady Sim was a recognised authority on the life and works of Robert Browning. concerning whom she published several books. She is survived by thr.o sons and n daughter.
