SURVIORS OF ROUSALN. OSLO, May 8. A Norwegian sealer rescued three survivors of the Rousaln from a driftinglifeboat. Their legs were frozen necessitating amputation. The boat originally carried five. The engineer died following a day’s suffering of the terrible cold, which was 4 degress below zero. Tho captain suggested that suicide was preferable to slow freezing death. The crew refused, but the captain shot himself. The boat drifted until the survivors were found unconscious.
