DANGEROUS CORNER Alany motor accidents have occurred at various times at the corner of Lakes Road and the Ohakune-Raetilii Road, but the County Council has now commenced improving it. AV hen the work is done the corner will bo approximately 10 feet wider ami will be easily negotiable at ordinary speeds. Th© County Council intends to rccom- • mence the widening and reducing corners on the Waiouru Road when the workmen have completed the works they arc at present engaged on in other parts.
