MOVING OVER TASMAN SEA Received Oct. 31, 11.11 p.m. SYDNEY, Oct. 31. The State Meteorologist, Dr. Al ares, has warned shipping that a very severe disturbance is moving eastward from the south-eastern corner of Australia, and is expected to cause gales with rough to high seas south from latitude 30 degrees.
