TWILIGHT OF HITLERISM
NEXT SUNDAY’S ELECTIONS NAZI PROSPECT POOR BERLIN, Oct. 30. There is a general feeling that the twilight of Hitlerism has arrived, and the Nazis are expected to lose many seats at the elections next Sunday. It is believed that Dr. von Papon’s plans for reform of the constitution include raising the voting age from 20 to 25, disfranchising about 6,000,000 people, and depriving the extreme parties, the Hitlerites and Communists, of their mainstay, the young voter.
