BRIDGE PARTY
Mrs. J. S- Howie and Miss D. M. Howie, assisted by members of the Hunterville Bridge Club, gave a delightful bridge party at their residence, 11 Stratharlie, ” Hunterville, on Friday last in honour of Miss Grace Adkins, who is shortly to be married. The room was artistically decorated with grape, hyacinths, Iceland poppies and jonquils in shades of yellow and blue. During the afternoon the guest of honour was the recipient of a beautiful “Embosa” bowl, which was a gift from the mem bers of the Bridge Club, wishing her the best of luck and future happiness.
