COWARDLY ATTACK
MAN KNOCKED TO GROUND. [ Per Press Association. ] WELLINGTON, Juno 17. When within a few yards of his home at Lyall Bay last evening, Alexander Lust, hairdresser, was struck on the head and knocked to the ground, but not rendered unconscious. His cries brought help, but his assailants escaped. No robbery was effected. Lust was injured on the head and hand, but does not know what weapon was used.
