SEARCH FOR BENEFICIARY. SUPREME’ COURT’S DECISION. SYDNEY, May 23. A legacy sum of £957 for two years awaited a New Zealander, Fritz Carl Jessen, otherwise Christensen, whose whereabouts have been unknown since the Boer War. The testator was Murdoch McKenzie, of Annandale, Sydney, who died in 1929, since when the legacy went begging. The executrix is Isabella Munro, having taken all reasonable steps to find Jessen Or Christensen, the Supreme Court has ordered that his share of the estate be apportioned between her and a third beneficiary, John Milne.
