SHOT IN THE BACK
NATIVE FOUND DEAD. [ Per Press Association.] TE KUITI, Aug. 16. A native named Matctu Paha was found shot in tho back three wiles from Pukcmiko, near Mangapehi, yesterday afternt on. Apparent!? the affair wa? ucciden nl, but there arc no part culars as to the cause of tho accident, though it is reported the di ceased had no trigger guard on the gun. The police and Coroner duve gone to the scene of the fatality.
