.THE PURCHASE PRICE FIXES [ Per Press Association. | HAWERA, May 11. The award of the arbitrators who sat recently to determine the price to bt paid by the South Taranaki Electric Power Board to the Hawera County, for the whole of the latters undertaking, was uplifted in Wellington this morning. The price fixed by the arbitrators is £125,682. Thig sum includes the company's stock in trade and tools. By an agreement between the parties, the company’s cash in hand, inscribed stock and book debts remain the property or the company. The arbitrators fix the costs of their award at £1251 4s 5d which is to b e paid by the parties in equal shares.
