PUBLIC SPIRIT. A,f the Town Board meeting on Tuesday, the chairman reported that Mr N. Hyde, lessee of a Town Board section opposite the Children’s Home, proposed to build a paddling pool, plant shrubs, and place swings on the ground, throwing the section open to the public. The bridge would also be. strengthened and the back portion, opened as a camping ground for motorists. The Board passed a resolution approving Air Hyde's action, members expressing pleasure at Air Hyde’s public spirit. Permission was given to use water subject to the supervision of the foreman.
