CONTEMPT OF COURT AND RE SISTING THE POLICE (By Radio—Special to Press Assn.) APIA, Dec. 6. Tamascsc, leader of the Mau, was sentenced to six weeks’ imprisonment for contempt of Court, following his refusal to satisfy a judgment summons for unpaid taxes. On a charge of resisting and obstructing the police in the execution of their duty on the occasion of his arrest, Tamasese was sentenced to six months’ imprisonment, to be cumulative with the earlier sentence.
