NO CHANGE IN POLICY OF SINGAPORE BASE
STATEMENT BY THE ADMIRALTY (Australian Press Association.) LONDON, Dec. 6. The Admiralty officially denies any change of policy in relation to the Singapore naval base. It states that the rumours are probably based on the scheme of retardation announced in the 1927 estimates.
