BULLS
“CROOKED STUFF.” Smart thieves sometimes choose strange places for the exercise of their talents. In “Venus of Venice,” Constance Talmadge, posing as a beggar, throws a fashionable wedding into an uproar by pretending to swoon, and in the confusion she and an accomplice rob the bridegroom and the bride’s father. “Venus of Venice,” a comedy drama of modern Continental life in which the action alternates between intense dramatic high lights and sparkling comedy, is showing at Bulls on Saturday evening.
