SOME FINE HOMES. City and suburban homes arc offered for sale by Mr J. D. Brechin. Also to let a central Avenue shop near P.O. CLEARING SALE. A clearing sale of stock and machinery will be held by B. T. Bennett on Saturday afternoon at the premises of the Cement and Tile Company, Wanganui East (opp. Workshops). It will pay those interested to attend this sale, particulars of which arc advertised this morning. EGMONT AUCTION MART. The usual Friday sale at the Egmont Auction Mart will commence at 1 p.m. to-morrow and at 2 p.m. a sale in a deceased person’s estate will be held. Included in the list arc: Giamophone and records, overmantel, sewing machine, table, clock, bedding, blankets, sheets, crockery, cutlery, glass-ware, carpets, chair, clothing} Note this sale starts at 2 o’clock and the lot must go. The chestnut mare will be offered after in the land sale and as she is by Sylvia Park she is well worth having a look at.
