BRITAIN’S NEW POLICY LABOUR PROTESTS Received October 19, 8.45 p.m. (Reuter) LONDON, Oct. 18. Huge crowds gathered at Labour outdoor meetings at Glasgow to protest against magistrates banning political gatherings in halls controlled by the authorities. There were no disturbances. Ex-Alinister. J. Wheatley declared that the attempt to prevent working class political education was part of a 'general movement. He alluded to suc-h forces as the Fascist! organisation for the maintenance of supplies as part of Nationalist capitalist preparation.
