FRANCE AND THE RUHR
FRENCH INCREASE ARMY OF OCCUPATION. Received May 20, 11.50 p.m. PARIS, May 19. The French Government has decided to increase the Ruhr army of occupation by 5000 to stop leakage of coal and coke to unoccupied Germany.
