The Graeco-Turkish deadlock will be brought before the political committee of the conference on Tuesday. The Greek delegation has issued a long statement emphasising refusal to pay an indemnity to Turkey. GREEKS MASSING TROOPS Received May 19, 5.5 p.m. PARIS. May 18. It is reported that the Greeks massed 10 divisions in Thrace, four of which are along the Maritza river.
