A DECISION REVOKED. Received May 17, 10.30 p.m. WASHINGTON, May 16. The Department of the Interior invoked its decision not to grant the Roxana Petroleum Corporation the righto to lease American oil lands. Mr Albert Fall, late Secretary of the Interior, had rendered this decision, hut his successor, Mr Hubert Work, to-day allowed the company to obtain a lease on the ground that the lease affected I private, not public lands. — Aus.-N.Z.
