BARGAINS IN DRAPERY. An excellent opportunity- of securing unusual bargains in drapery is at present being afforded by Messrs Blundell and Brown, Ltd., who have acquired the well-known business of Mr G. J. D’O at 113 Victoria Avenue, and are holding a clearing sale in order to make room for their own new and complete stocks, which are arriving. The new' firm have an important business announcement in this issue, which will be read with keen interest and pleasure by the ladies of Wanganui and surrounding districts, as the bargains offered in show-room, costume, fancy, and dress departments are such as do not often eomeone’s way in these days of high prices. All who wish to share in this money-saving carnival would be well advised to get in early, as the clearing -sale is in full swing.
