WANGANUI DISTRICT NURSING COMMITTEE.
,The usual monthly meeting was lurid in the Hospital Board's room' on ißiday, the sth Februtry, 1917, at Jl P:m. Present: Mesdames McKen-> z4e (chair), Grant, Siddells, T. C.'j Taylo* Spurdle, Keesing, Sampson,/ Chris and Mass Taylor. A$ apology for absence was received front Mrs. J. R. Poster. The District Nurse .reported that she had paid 660 visits during the ( months of-December 1916 and Jaiiu-i ary 1917. Five patients htve been, dischatgedj two deaths had occurred and one patient had been sent to the Hospital. The Committee received numeTous letters of thanks from their patients for the manner in,which they had been cared for at Christmas time and these thanks tie Committee wish to hand on to those ladies and gentlemen who so kindly made it possible for the Committee to help those on their list. , Visitors for the month of Febru-1 ary—Mis Siddells and Miss Taylor. The members passed a resolution of sympathy with NMrs. H. S. G. Har-«' per in the loss of her son.
