PEN PORTRAIT OF HUERTA.
(Times —Sydney Sun Special Cables.) LONDON, Dec. 12. The Mexico City "Times" correspondent states that Huerta is of pure Indian descent and is proud of it. His ability is xjndoub'ted and remarkable, and is closely allied to cunning. He js universally believed to be a heavy drinker. His breakfast consists of raw eggs and a glass of claret and brandy. Though 69 years of age, he is a man of powerful frame and vigorous constitution. Ho confides in nobody, r.ummons his Ministers at all hours, .and gives his orders,' and if r they : argue they axe dismissed.
