WAIRARAPA (13 v. WANGANUI B (nil). Wairanapa won the toss and pressed down on the Wanganui circle. A goal was missed by inches and Wanganui came away for a minute. Wanganui livened up for a time, but their heavier opponents smothered them, and Miss Orr notched the third goal. In the second half Wanganui were repeatedly on the defensive, although there was good play on Wanganui's part in bringing off numerous saves. From a rush Miss Orr scored.
