PALMERSTON Ni, June 22. At the dairy managers' animal meeting an interesting address was delivered by Mr. Buckeridge, who has recently toured the butter work]. He was of opinion that it was only a matter of time when New Zealand will oust the Dane from the London market, but warns the Dominion manufacturers that their greatest rivals are more careful to produce uniform quality and uniform quantity week in and week out. They are also more careful in the important particular of cleanliness in the delivery of milk, and suggests that the dirty farmer should be prohibited from supplying to a factory, for one can of dirty milk will- .spoil a whole day's supply-' Mr. Turner, a London buyer, who was present, corroborated Mr. Buekoridge's remarks on the good future for New Zealand butter and cheese.
