WELLINGTON, September 4. The Hon. R. MoNab, Acting Minister of Defence, leaves to-morrow for Manaia, where he will attend the memorial service to be held on Sunday on the spot where Yon Tempsky fell. His Excellency the Governor will be unable to be present.
