At a meeting of the Hawke's Bay Jockey Club 'Metropolitan Committee to-day correspondence was read with regard to a jockey weighing in short of weight at the last Tolaga Bay race meeting, and it was resolved that the jockey <&. Malone) be disqualified for inno 1 three yeare as from August Ist, l"Uo.
