Olause 18 reads: "With respect to every area heretofore or hereafter proclaimed by the Governor, under section 25 of tJie.principal Act, the following proyiiskms sihal'i apply, so long aa such proclamation is in foree —(a) It sbaji not bo lawful for any person whomsoever (1) to solicit or receive therein any on-der for any liquor, or (2) to sell or ©xpo.se or keep for eiale therein any liquor, (3) or to isend.or-deliver to any pei'son residing therein oivat any place siituate therein, any liquor,'" etc. This to an ordinary layman seams to put an end to all sales, witdiin the proolaimed area, ether on boats or in houses.
