WELLINGTON, Jamu.rv 6. Tho Premier has received a, cable message, through the Governor, from the Viceroy at Delhi, in reply to o ne despatched by him in the namo of the people of this colony congratulating t:h,e_ Viceroy on the gteat success which attended the functions connected with the pioclaniation of the Emperor.

The Viceroy's reply is—"Warmest thanks for congratulations from loyal and patriotic colony of New Zealand."
