Opera House.

ORCHESTRAL CLUB. CONCERT TO-NIGHT. What promises to be a very successful; concert will be held in the Opera. House this evening by the Wanganui Orchestral Club. The concerts given by this* Club are invariably of a most enjoyable character1, and there is every indication that to-night's concert will be no exception to the rule. For some time past the members of the Club have; been hard at work practising- the numbers which are to be rendered this evening, and wo are informed that a very high standard of excellence has been reached Thn vocal portion of the programme will be supplied by Miss Delves, always a favourite, and Mr Slade, who will make his first appearance before a Wanganui audience. Tn view of the large number expected to attend, patrons arc advived to obtain their seats early.
