CHRISTCHURCH, September 9,

At a meeting of the Council of the League of Wheelmen to-night, a letter was read from the iManawatu Cycling Club, having reference to the penalty on darkson and Woodroffe and the Club in connection "with their riding at a club meeting while an application for reinstatement was pending. It was resolved that the letter be referred back to the Club with an intimation that tha Council refuses to consider it until the objectionable references to the Wanganui Centre as to a member of the Council is deleted therefrom.
