Talbot and wife (Mr Gordon and Treadwell), claim £6 3s sd, by consent, costs to be settled by arrangement. P. Haggart (Mr Treadwell) v. A. J. Ralph, claim £2 10s, by default, with costs 16s and solicitor's fee £1 6s.
S. H.' Manson v. Maata Keepa, claim £1 2s 6d, by default, with costs 5s and interpreter's fe-3 2s 6d. L. P. Baker (Mr Hawkins,) v. Tims J. Tracey, claim £4 19s 9d, by default, with costs 5s and solicitor's fce ss.
R. Davis (Mr Watt) v. E. and C. Nixon, claim £10 lis 6d, with costs £1 and solicitor's fee 15s 6d.

Massey Harris (Mr Marshall) v. Wiremu Ratana, claim £5 12s 6d, with costs £1 ls, interpreter's fee 5s and solicitor's fee 15s 6d.
John McGregor (Mr Treawell) v. J. C. Weller, claim £6 3d, with costs 8s and solicitor's fee 15"s 6d.

Cummins and Co (Mr Barnicoat) v. Reoni, claim £10 ss, with costs £1 10s, interpreter's fee 2s 6d and solicitor's fee 15s 6d.
Borlase and Baraicot (Mr Barnicoat) v. Rirena Hakaraia, claim £8 7s. with costs £1 4s and interpreter's fee 2s 6d. G. D. Jones and Co (Mr Treadwell) v. William McAUey, claim £19 10s, with costs £1 10s and solicitor's fce 15s 6d.
In the case, F. W. Prickard (Mr Marshall) v. F. Mitchell (Mr Watt), claim £110 4s lOd, the summons was withdrawn and costs £3 3s allowed to the defendant's solicitor.
L. G. Baker (Mr Hawkins) v. L. Hartley, claim £5 18s 6d. Judgment for plaintiff for £1 Bs, with costs 6s.
Plaintiff did uot appear in the case of G. Caiman (Mr Treadwell) v. R. Yarrow (Air Wray), and lbe case was struck out. defendant being allowed £1 13s expenses.
