JUDGMENT SUMMONSES.
Public Trustee ((Mr Marshall) v. T, Dewson, claim £14 2s 3d. Defendant to pay at tho rate of 20s every fourteen days. JD. J. Malone (Mr Borlase) v. John Bland, claim £4 ls 6d. Ordered to pay the amount within 14 days, in default 48 hours imprisonment. Same v. Angus Ross, claim £6 8s 3d. "Ordered to pay 20s forthwith, and ba'ance by instalments of 10s a month. G. Tasker (Mr Gordon) v. N. Nicholson, claim £3 ss. Defendant appeared and was examined, and the summons was dismissed.
G. D. Jones (JMr Treadwell) v. Aropeta, claim £8 16s lOd. Defendant appeared, and was examined, and on the ground that he bad bad means to pay he was ordered to pay the amount within one month, in default 14 'days' imprisonment. W. G. Bassett v. Thomas Eastbury, claim £2 3s 2d. Defendant admitted that ho had been able to pav, and was ordered to pay the amount within 14 days, in default 48 hours' imprisonment.
