AIRMAN FATALLY INJURED. TWO PEOPLE IN BED SUFFER ONLY SHOCK. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, May 22. When a plane crashed through the roof of a house in Carshalton, Surrey, early this' morning, parts of the machine came to rest on a bed occupied by a man and his wife. The nose and engines of the plane protruded into the bedroom. The occupants suffered shock, but were not injured. The pilot of the plane died in hospital. Several houses were damaged by the crash.
