TE WHITI
WELL ATTENDED DANCE SOLDIERS’ PARCEL FUND BENEFITS. (“Times-Age” Special.) A dance in aid of a fund to provide parcels for men overseas was held in the Te Whiti Hall on Saturday night, when there was a large attendance. The music for the dancing was provided by Messrs. J. and C. Thorne. Mr H. Henderson was a capable M.C. Extras were played by Miss M. Gundersen. A Monte Carlo waltz was won by Miss H. Henderson and Mr R. Major. Supper was served by a ladies’ committee.
