IN WAKE OF RED ARMY. ESTONIAN SOVIET SOCIALIST GOVERNMENT. (By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright) (Received This Day, 12.40 p.m.) LONDON, February 8. Members of the Estonian Soviet Socialist Republic Government, most of whom attended the recent session of the Supreme Soviet, are now in Leningrad, ready to move into Estonia in the wake of the advancing Red Army, says Reuter’s Moscow correspondent. They are maintaining contact with Estonian guerillas behind Narva.
