BY ALL KEY GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS NO LONGER CAPITAL OF GERMANY. FACT NOT ANNOUNCED FOR FEAR OF PANIC. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 10.25 a.m.) LONDON, February 8. Berlin has ceased to be the capital of Germany. The “Daily Express” political correspondent says neutral diplomats, who have special means of getting news from Germany, report that all key Government Departments have left Berlin. They are now scattered in Breslau, Dresden and Vienna. Nazi officials have not announced the evacuation for fear of a panic among the Berliners deserted in their city.
