The “Daily Telegraph's" financial editor, referring to Dominion loans, bf which nearly' fifty' millions worth are optionally' redeemable during the next ten months, says that as the next few months should be free from Government borrowing, possibly' t.he authorities might bo more disposed to favour 'early conversion or new loan operations than later, when fresh Government loans come along.
