THEFT FROM TRAINER
JOCKEY SENT TO GAOL. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON. March 2G. A sentence of two months' imprisonment was imposed by Mr A. M. Colliding, S.M.. on James Loon Lewis, aged 24. a jockey, for the theft of £l7 from R. J. Thomson, a trainer, at Awapuni. It was slated that the money was missed from Thomson's clothing, and accused admitted taking it. He spent it all.
