The Political Outlook.

We are in a position to state with tolerable certainty (says the Evening Press) that in consequence of correspondence which has been going on recently among the Ministers, it has been decided to advise the Governor to dissolve Parliament before next session. In all probability there will not be a full meeting of the Cabinet for a considerable time, but the several Ministers will take an opportunity of addressing the public in different parts of the colony as to the policy which they propose to place before the country. In the event of His Excellency declining the advice of his Ministers, which is deemed more than probable, sundry political developments of a rather startling nature may be looked for,
